What is FooodieClub?+
FooodieClub is India premier multi-brand food delivery platform. We offer a variety of cuisines from our own cloud kitchens, ensuring consistent quality, hygiene, and taste across all orders.
How do I place an order?+
Simply browse our menu, add items to your cart, select your delivery address, and checkout. You can pay via cash on delivery, credit/debit card, UPI, or digital wallets.
What are your delivery hours?+
We deliver from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, seven days a week. Some areas may have extended hours during weekends and holidays.
Is there a minimum order value?+
Yes, the minimum order value is ₹150. Orders below this amount may not be accepted or may incur additional delivery charges.
How long does delivery take?+
Most orders are delivered within 30-45 minutes. Delivery time may vary based on your location, traffic conditions, and order volume.
Can I schedule an order for later?+
Yes! You can schedule orders up to 2 days in advance. Select the Schedule option during checkout and choose your preferred delivery time.
What if my food arrives cold or damaged?+
We take quality very seriously. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our support team within 30 minutes of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you offer bulk or party orders?+
Yes! We specialize in party and bulk orders. Visit our Party Bookings section or call our party order hotline for special pricing and arrangements.
How can I track my order?+
Once your order is placed, you can track it in real-time through the My Orders section. You will see updates as your order is prepared and dispatched.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major payment methods including Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and our in-app wallet.
