2. Service Description
FooodieClub provides a platform for ordering food from our cloud kitchens. We facilitate order placement, payment processing, and delivery coordination.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Ordering and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances. We are not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement. Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use our services for illegal purposes, harass our staff or delivery partners, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activities.
8. Limitation of Liability
FooodieClub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
